About Voxif
Voxif is a B2B software service that helps businesses automate customer conversations across voice calls and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Businesses connect their existing phone system and WhatsApp Business Account, configure the automation in a dashboard, and go live — typically in about thirty minutes.
What we do
Voxif’s platform runs three things for every client business:
- Voice automation for outbound and inbound calls, in English and Urdu, with real-time transcription, agent turns, and hand-off to a human when the conversation calls for it.
- WhatsApp automation for order confirmation, appointment booking, delivery follow-ups, product enquiries, after-hours support, and missed-call recovery on the client’s own WhatsApp Business Account.
- A single operator dashboard for scripts, message templates, contact lists, transcripts, and reporting — owned by the client business, not by Voxif.

Business model
Voxif offers two commercial models:
- Bring-Your-Own-Keys (BYOK) — the client business supplies their own AI provider keys (STT, LLM, TTS) and their own SIP trunk. Voxif charges a flat platform fee. Best for cost-sensitive deployments where the client already has provider relationships.
- Fully-managed — Voxif procures and runs the AI stack and telephony on the client’s behalf, billed per minute of call or per message sent. Best for clients that want zero setup.
Data control
Every client business runs on its own encrypted tenant. Provider API keys and SIP credentials are encrypted at rest with a per-organization Data Encryption Key. Voxif is a data processor, not a controller; the client owns its data, and no WhatsApp Business Platform data is used for advertising, resale, or model training.
