Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Voxif (Efferex Technologies Ltd) uses on voxif.tech and app.voxif.tech, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies let a site remember your actions across pages (for example, that you are signed in) or between visits.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly-necessary cookies. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in to app.voxif.tech.
- CSRF token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery.
- Authentication cookie — carries a short-lived JWT so authenticated API calls work.
Local storage. app.voxif.tech uses browser local storage to remember UI preferences (which campaign is active, sidebar collapsed state, dark mode preference). Local storage is not sent to our server and is not shared with third parties.
3. Analytics and advertising
voxif.tech does not run third-party advertising trackers and does not participate in cross-site behavioral advertising. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add a consent banner before setting any analytics cookie for visitors in jurisdictions that require consent.
4. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block or clear cookies from a site’s settings. Note that if you block strictly-necessary cookies, signing in to the dashboard will not work.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
