WhatsApp Business Automation

Voxif is a business software service that runs WhatsApp Business messaging for its client businesses. Each client keeps their own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number; Voxif operates the automation on their behalf per the workflows the client configures. Voxif works alongside the same client’s voice-call automation on one dashboard.

Who this is for

Voxif is intended exclusively for legitimate businesses that already run, or are onboarding, a WhatsApp Business Account through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Common users include retailers, healthcare providers, service businesses, educational institutions, financial-services firms, and BPOs handling messages for their clients.

Use cases we support

Businesses use Voxif to automate customer conversations across:

• Order confirmation — automated post-checkout confirmations, address verification, delivery scheduling.
• Appointment booking — slot lookup, booking, rescheduling, and reminders.
• Delivery follow-ups — dispatch updates, delivery-window messages, and post-delivery confirmation.
• Product enquiries — catalog answers, availability checks, and warm hand-off to a human agent when needed.
• After-hours support — grounded answers from the business’s own knowledge base outside working hours.
• Missed-call recovery — automated WhatsApp follow-up when a voice call goes unanswered.

How it works

1. The business onboards its own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). The business owns the phone number, the display name, and the Meta Business Manager assets. Voxif does not resell WhatsApp numbers.
2. The business authorizes Voxif to send and receive messages on that WABA via the WhatsApp Business Platform. Access can be revoked at any time from Meta Business Manager.
3. The business configures the automation in the Voxif dashboard — message templates, conversation scripts, escalation rules, opt-out handling, and any voice-and-WhatsApp handoff logic.
4. Voxif handles conversations at runtime per the business’s configuration. Every message thread is logged for the business to review. Conversations that need a human are escalated per the business’s routing rules.

Data handling

All conversation data belongs to the business Voxif serves. Voxif is a data processor acting on the business’s instructions; the business is the data controller. There is no cross-client analytics, no third-party ad sharing, and no AI model training on WhatsApp Business Platform data. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions for detail.

Compliance

• Voxif complies with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Policy.
• Only approved WhatsApp message-template categories are used for non-session messages.
• Opt-outs are honored immediately (STOP keyword and programmatic unsubscribe).
• The 24-hour customer-service window is enforced for free-form replies.
• Marketing messages are only sent to users who provided prior explicit opt-in.
• Voxif does not send prohibited categories under the WhatsApp Commerce Policy or WhatsApp Business Policy.

Security

• Provider credentials and WABA access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a per-organization Data Encryption Key.
• TLS 1.2+ on all transport between Voxif, the WhatsApp Business Platform, and the client’s dashboard.
• Role-based access inside client organizations; audit log of every automation change.
• Rate limiting and abuse detection at the platform layer.
